Point your preferred web browser to https://mft.enhance.je/home
Click on the "File upload (anon)" link to get to the upload page (bookmark it).
Click on the "Choose Files" button and select as many files as you like.
After completing your selection, check what is shown next to the "Choose Files" button. E.g. The file name if you only selected one or something like "10 files" otherwise.
Then click on "Submit" and wait on that page until you get the results back.
After the transfer completes, you will see a summary of the results.
Things to consider:
For routinely transferring a large number or size of files in a secure and timely manor, you should use a proper file transfer protocol such as SFTP or FTPs.
Or an industry specific scheme like EBICS. These are all designed for this purpose and are also suitable for scheduled automation.
Reliably uploading a large number or size of files is not something that web browsers or HTTP were designed for. Think of it like a space-saver spare wheel for your car: functional within limits and safe if used appropriately but not as good as the real thing.
This service enforces limits on the size of each upload and the quota of space used to hold the uploads before they are ingested. Please ask if you need either changing.
If you have problems with your browser: Try without any other tabs open. Try a different browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Edge etc. Try "in private" or "incognito" mode.
Check with your IT / network / security team if they have an Internet web site or content filter, allow-list or deny-list.
You should never use your browser's BACK button/arrow after submitting a form on any web site.
Bookmark the upload page so it's easy to return to it for subsequent uploads.
The upload page will only accept certain file types such as PDF, XLSX, ZIP. If you have an unexpected file type then please e-mail us to discuss.
The upload page will only accept a size of transfer which should be adequate for the files we expect. If you have an unexpectedly large file then please e-mail us to discuss.
If you have many more than a handful of files, it would be better to first ZIP together related files, by quarter or type, then upload each ZIP.
